Lucent started with one complaint we kept hearing from office managers: "Our cleaners don't show up, and when they do, they miss things." We built a cleaning company around fixing that, starting with medical and dental offices in Reston and Northern Virginia, where a missed spot matters most.
Who We Are
Lucent is run by Alex and Mason. Mason lives in the Reston area and handles walkthroughs, client check-ins and quality on the ground. Alex runs scheduling, quotes, billing and the nightly photo reports.
