Lucent provides recurring janitorial services for offices, medical practices and commercial buildings across Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. We build a set schedule around your hours, from nightly service to two or three visits a week, and the same crew handles your building every time. Trash and recycling go out, restrooms get cleaned and restocked, floors get vacuumed and mopped, and high-touch surfaces get disinfected, all before your team arrives in the morning.

A Janitorial Program Built Around Your Schedule
Every building runs differently. During your free walkthrough we note your square footage, traffic, restrooms, break rooms and anything we should not touch. You get a written scope that lists every task and how often it happens, so there is no guessing about what is included. Most clients choose nightly or three-night service, and we adjust the scope as your needs change.
Supplies, Restocking and Consumables
We can bring and restock paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and trash liners as part of your service, or use the supplies you already buy. Either way, restrooms and break rooms are checked and refilled on every visit, so your staff never runs out in the middle of the day.
Proof Every Visit
After each service you get a short photo report showing restrooms, kitchens and key areas. If anything is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. Service is month to month with no long-term contract.
How We Disinfect
We clean first to remove dirt and grime, then apply an EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant and leave it wet for the full contact time on the label. Color-coded microfiber cloths keep areas separate: red for restrooms, blue for general surfaces, green for break rooms. Every office gets fresh cloths, and our cleaners wear gloves at all times.
