We remove construction dust and debris and leave the space clean enough for move-in, inspection or opening day.

Rough and Final Cleans
We can do a rough clean after major work wraps up and a final clean right before move-in. Fine dust settles on every surface, including vents, ledges, light fixtures, window frames and inside cabinets, so we clean top to bottom and finish with the floors.
Medical and Dental Build-Outs
New medical and dental suites need to be spotless before patients arrive. We clean reception, offices, restrooms and staff areas thoroughly and coordinate with your contractor and your team on what clinical areas and equipment to leave alone.
Working With Contractors and Property Managers
We schedule around your contractor's punch list and opening date, and we can return for touch-ups after final inspections. You get a set price after a walkthrough.
How We Disinfect
We clean first to remove dirt and grime, then apply an EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant and leave it wet for the full contact time on the label. Color-coded microfiber cloths keep areas separate: red for restrooms, blue for general surfaces, green for break rooms. Every office gets fresh cloths, and our cleaners wear gloves at all times.
